Tenants can be such unbelievable cancer, we had a guy living in our flat, he seemed decent at first. Then the neighbors started complaining about the noise. Then the guy dissappeared without a trace for 3 months, without paying rent ofcourse, while leaving all his shit there. Turned out that he went back home to another city and refused to pick up the phone. We had to call his parents to even find out he was still alive. To nobody's surprise he left the flat in a mess and didn't even bother to pick up any of his shit that he left after 3 more months, so we just kept it.
