THICC

Install Gentoo

P S: T H I C C

Windows 10, the best Linux distro yet.

Gonna have to agree

she's obese and will die at a young age
health at every size is a meme

You got more of this? I'm trying to get my anime sketches on point but all I got is an erection.

edubuntu

What's Edubuntu? I only see Ubuntu on the app store.

Genthicc

None. They use Windows XP/7/10 depending on country and whether it's a public or private school.

You haven't lived bro, come to the hightest side

>obese
have you ever seen a woman in real life

Windows XP with Deep Freeze

My history teacher used Mint desu. Was like 6 or 7 years ago

Whoa now, this is Sup Forums after all.
At most we've ventured to /gif/ and giggled at all the weird floppy bits.

Most of the maths and physics departments in my uni use debian stable with lxde or xfce and windows/mac laptops. I guess they just don't give a shit?

>At most we've ventured to /gif/
Nope. We love women without a long list of STDs.

ive had a teacher who used fedora, another who actually used gentoo

My old school had debian computers

They were pretty cool, but classmates just said "wtf is this? This isn't Windows. This sucks!"

fuck off with your social media memes

I used CentOS 7

Edubuntu

>on the app store
what in the fuck are you talking about?

>Western "women"

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I've recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.

Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called "Linux", and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project.

There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine's resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. Linux is normally used in combination with the GNU operating system: the whole system is basically GNU with Linux added, or GNU/Linux. All the so-called "Linux" distributions are really distributions of GNU/Linux.

Kali, no joke.

First off, to these two posts: Wat

Second, probably chrome os. I would have said Mac os but that's Unix and basically all my teachers use over here while we get the Chromebooks
It's actually a pretty good system because we even get to keep the devices after 3 years and we get a new one afterwards as well if we are still in school after that period

Not according to Linus Torvalds.

Know it's real but reminds me of a copypasta

OSX

Debian

For anyone looking for sauce:

I had a teacher who used Ubuntu.

>joke
>your head

Just my guess
Redhat/CentOS/Debian/Ubuntu for Server.
Fedora/Ubuntu/Debian for Desktop use (When I was in college they had us use OpenSuSE for a bit).

None Linux Use
XP/7 or Mac OS.

Lowtest male detected.
You're missing out bro.

>he thinks he is running linux

at home? Arch. I tried Gentoo but choked, fell back to letting other people make packages for me.
in the classroom? whatever the schoolboard approves -- in my case, Ubuntu.

My CS professors recommend debian and Ubuntu.

Please stop using a root everywhere distro as your desktop main. Its kind of crappy.

>obese
you're a pedo

Any of the none-meme distros. (CentOS, Debian, openSuse, etc.)

Yes, my college uses it on all their images.

Ubuntu

I use debian stable for shit like my gradebook and docs

I know this is shitposting but my prof had us install fedora electronic lab

gay. windows a shit

Ubuntu is normie linux, so go with that.

All the computers in my high school were running Linux, dont know what distro though. All the bitches were complaining about the lack of Windows.

I installed Skolelinux for a school in Nepal.

They could've pirated Windows (everyone does there) but I didn't trust them to maintain it after I left.

Deepfreeze + Teamviewer.

What I've seen installed, on teachers' computersd and on computers for student use, is
- Windows 7 (For students)
- Windows 10 (Teacher)
- Come kind of Mac, don't know much about those (teacher)
- Lubuntu (For students)
- An old as fuck custom UNIX to be run on oracle servers (For students)

atm mine use
debian gnome
ubuntu gnome
ubuntu xfce
ubuntu unity
manjaro xfce
gentoo i3

That's all I know.
In the previous years I saw :
windows 7
windows vista
macOS

You shouldn't give a shit about what teachers use, just use what fit your needs

>Anime
Hi.
Go to hell.
