Did you just assume my gender?

>Actually autistic enough to install distros that are the same thing as ubuntu except less user friendly and less likely to function
You know the gentoo thing is a meme right?

paska työpöytä, päivityksetkin ajamatta

ei jatkoon

Katsotaanpa sinun työpöytäsi sitten.

allahu akbar

Niggers.

as you can see, it's infinitely better in both taste and functionality.

(actually mate is not bad but for the sake of imageboarding, IT SUCKS WHY WOULD YOU EVER USE THAT)

i am like little babby still
i had enough trouble getting it to boot using integrated graphix and getting the nvidya drivers to install cuz im dumb and haven't been on linux since like 2012

just be nice okay you are like little bitch
Windows is installed on my SSD, only like 256GB, Ubuntu is installed to 2TB HDD which has shared files between each OS, where I keep most my music pictures videos all that shit

I used to run Mint on an old netbook I had, was a pretty dope OS as far as looks go.

>It's his computer's background.
Kek'd in my diaper

Unity a shit. Gnome 3 a shit. KDE a shit. XFCE is best.

xfce is shit
such as lxde

I prefer gnome with a locked dock on the left, feels more sane shortcuts wise, but takes more space unfortunately

>Deep customization and an actually good package manager, plus support for ANY platform under a huge variety of arbitrary circumstances
>just a meme
Come back to me when Ooboontoo can run in a chroot-like environment that doesn't require root access on a PC with an Alpha processor.

yeah, and unironically too! cool innit?

(let's remember that you recognized it without even seeing all of it)

>XFCE is best.

> Not wanting superior font rendering and usability with a minimum amount of effort

ISHYGDDT

...

I know right

rate mine :-)

>has 256gb ssd
>doesn't run both OSes from the ssd and uses the hdd for data storage only

Meme-ing my return to linux as well.

Looks like a shitty 90s OS skin

Have fun with your bloated UI

Nice, what icon theme are you using?

>ubuntu
>default hostname
>default everything

what's the point of having a gaming card on ubuntu?

>being a babby

>kernel 2.6

>updating shit for the sake of updating it
Do you have any idea how many devices are running RHEL/CentOS 6.x?

Literally 0.0001% of people care.
GG.

None, please stay on Windows and go back to your daycare board

Destop /thread Declared here.

You forgot >babby's last linux
Once you grow out of arch ricing, you use something that actually works.

...

Ubuntu is really only good for quick shit you don't care about, and maybe a portable distro because it includes a lot of bloat. If you're going to make a server you actually care about and plan to maintain, you'd use a real distro like Debian or CentOS. On the desktop side of things you have Debian or Fedora, or you can go for Gentoo or Arch if you want to be bleeding edge.

It's just bad, for this purpuses (livecd) better use Fedora.

Ubuntu mustard race

said like someone who never took the time to figure out how to use arch and is trying to pass themselves off as a guru of some sort for using ubuntu lel

"y-yeah i've been there and done that, and i just arrived right back here! it's my experience that led me here g-guys!"

best distro

desktop bread?
desktop bread

>2017
>not writing custom C/Dash code for your distro instead of screenfetch

...

Dextop bread it is then

ebat debil

...

RIP Unity.

>8076 ▶
RIP Ubuntu.

you can use neofetch -s, to take a screenshot

That's nice.

Lot of wasted space there, kind of form over function really.

Separate desktop for monitoring (desutopu breading) and using 64x80 terminals

comfy /antergos/

dude can you post your wallpaper

>16.04
>using an outdated version of an OS for no reason

what is LTS.

Nice divide and conquer.

16.04 is an LTS, the intermediate versions has a short time of support and it's a bit like being a MS insider.

It's almost like everyone with a job or who is actually successful uses Ubuntu or Debian if not Windows because it's easy to have a working system out of the box instead of arch ricer autism.
