WHy are Norwegians into tacos?

Also, would I have any luck with Norwegian women, being a slightly brown fella? I'm mexican, hence the taco question too.
Or will I be looked at as a typical muslim immigrant?

I've been told I got similar features to this guy (pic related) not the handsomeness, but the droopy/serious eyes, nose and pissed off look.
Just add some beach tan to him and you get my face.

But more importantly, how do I go about making Norwegian bros? I may go live there in the future for some time. First thing I want to do is find myself a nice group of friends.
