ThinkPad Retro Prediction Thread

Who here /hype/?
For the love of God say they won't use that logo scheme

rgbthink.com/

holy shit, is it finally happening?

I hope they optionally ship with (tasteful, non rgb gaymer shit) backlit keys. The bezel lights are often at an angle such that it casts an unreadable glare on the keyboard labels on basically all Thinkpads I've owned. Backlit keys are really useful for function keys and other shit that you don't use often enough for muscle memory.

Looks like a troll link

What CPU will it have?

All I want is a good display panel and Thunderbolt 3.

ryzen 8 core

I was hoping for core 2 duo.

ive got a backlit thinkpad but never needed to use it. light would be overall more useful

ew fuk off

Post yfw Lenovo brings back best ratio

fucking finally.

IT'S OVER

LELNOVO WON

MACTODDLERS BLOWN THE FUCK OUT FOR ALL ETERNITY

Why would you fake that, you fucking jerk

>2 days away from reveal
>june 15th

Bullshit.

What panels are actually out there for them to use? The only current 4:3 devices are tablets which are too small.

David Hill said it would be a chasis and spec unveiling dipshit, iMac Pro style
GIB US FLEXVIEW

Well, the iPad pro is rocking a 12.9 inch 2732×2048 display, that's getting into X series size

Those are going to be used for tablets retard.

iris pro = 940m

pls have it

Dear Lenovo shills,

If it's possible to run coreboot/libreboot without any proprietary blobs or Intel backdoors I will buy your computer.

no one gives a shit about freetards so whatever

what a dumb shoop

FORWARD BACKWARD KEYS PLEASE FUG

I'm almost certain It can't. Stick to your x60 or x200 or macbook 2,1 or whatever your using now that can run libreboot.

It's okay I guess

I do hope there's an option for Raven Ridge APUs. 4 zen cores with 768 vega cores.

>buying it brand new
you know you're going to wait 5+ years to get it second hand
