I'm trying to revive an old hp g62 that a friend wanted to throw away. The screen doesn't turn on, after I disassembled it, I found out that the connector of the cable marked in pic related is broken and doesn't have any pins to connect it in the motherboard. Any idea what is the name of this cable so I can order one online?

Ceramic bearing autism, 12 watt led light bulb, 7 watt led bulbs, Micro to micro usb OTG cables, mini DisplayPort to regular DisplayPort adapter, a paracord lacing needle (paracord added for display purposes), a super cheap external HDD case.
Most expensive item was the HDD case @ $3.43 USD.
Spinner gets 3 minute spins. Light bulbs aren't very bright, but that's what I wanted along with cool temps. OTG cables are for the DAC/headphone amp I don't own yet. Lacing needle is for making gay ass hippie bracelets and shit. Adapter is for viewing computer shit on big screen. HDD case is for hard drive that stores .wav files.
I have the pearlescent version of this controller, works pretty bad on the PC since the USB receiver keeps dying randomly. Using a USB cable instead but I wanted something wireless.
Are you using this on the computer? Any better experience than me with the USB receiver?

I have a reverse issue, my WiFi connection keeps getting down because of the Rx and Tx, i can only use when i unplug the receiver. I used for 4 hours without a issue, where do you plug? Is anything more than your receiver connected in the bus?

Plugging it to the USB3 ports on a laptop, I don't have any USB2 ports otherwise I'd try that. I have a mouse plugged into the other port but I have no issues with WiFi. Seems like while these controllers are cheap, the transmitter is terrible. I think I'll just use the cable for now. Might grab an Xbox One controller down the line since I hear those support Bluetooth on Windows 10.

I'm not sure what the connector is called, but what you could try is soldering the wires directly to the board if you have nothing to lose. I think that style of connector is a micro molex connector (what appears to be a 2 wire one, something like this maybe? I can't really see the connector in question

Yes they are good since they got better processors than the raspis (but also higher heat output, a heatsink is a good idea). However they also lack support compared to the raspis but it's not a big deal if you have basic linux knowledge.
