Then why are AMD's server chips better and cheaper?
LMAO
It must support ECC if it really is for servers.
MESH THE RIGBUSS:----DDDDDD
...
Skylake-X supports only 128GB of memory and has no ECC
Threadripper is 256GB and has ECC
Intel completely fucked up again
> Skylake-X was made for SERVERS
> Skylake
> Skynet
Take a hint before it's too late.
Intel intentionally gimped that shit in as many ways as possible so you wouldn't be able to use it as a server. They are terrified of i9's cutting into their Xeon profits.
I just don't see what purpose they're going to have - they're overcosted, have no clear use and cause PR nightmares as big as their power consumption.
...
You realize that this shit tier shilling is just making more and more people hate Intel don't you?
I mean keep it up, why isn't Intel 50 points ahead you might ask?
>the RFID chip is not actually connected to anything, don't worry goy
yes Gamer Nexus confirmed this
why is the chip on there if it isn't connected to anything then?
>made for servers
>loses to zen in clocks, memory, I/O, package power and cores
That's not how you make a server arch faggot.
Skylake-X was made for INFERNOS
So niggers can't walk out the door without tripping the alarm when they steal it.
leftover from the server grade cpu design
1. It's not connected, remember?
2. It's NFC with fuck all range
Seriously, mods should put a sticky so both camps can slug it out in that thread. Make this the thread theme please.
It doesn't need to be connected, RFID is powered by the radio waves used to read the chip.
Not connected to anything is the default state for all RFID chips.
It's not even connected to an antenna though
yes yes yes, just a leftover nothing more
Sure op.
But where's my fuckin 6 core 7700k on Z270?
One of the reasons to increase l2 and decrease l3 cache was enterprise customers requests due to how some enterprise loads works. Databases should work better while it's same it even worse for desktop apps.
Same with a shitty avx512 no one uses and ocuppy a lot of die space.
