Bad stuff
Not likely, convince her to move a few states away and you are golden

>Mexico
>Safety
it's the state where most castration/beheading videos take place
I wouldn't travel there
Are Tijuana or Guadalajara good? What if she's connected to a cartel? I'm scared
Stay out of mexico.
Soy griego
>move a few states away and you are golden
4-6 to be exact
>Tijuana and Guadelejara
Hahahahaha
Oh boy you've got a lot to learn about Mexico
Guadalajara is great.
Tijuana is good in some parts, there's a lot of crime and drugs, but that comes with being a border town, a lot of young Americans go to Tijuana to get high, drunk and a prostitute.
preferably to the north
this
Bad shit. try Jalisco, Tabasco, Campeche, Colima, Yucatan and Quintana Roo if what you want is beaches
My ex-girlfriend born there ...
why? I heard they were great
Which areas in Mexico are cartel-free?
Sinaloa, Tamaulipas and Guerrero are probably the worst or most violent states here.
Maybe Puebla or Guanajuato. I'm not sure.
Maybe comparable to like...Guerrero? Quintana Roo is good, Yucatan is ok, Campeche is decent but is the lesser of the 3 Yucatan states
Puebla is fine, Baja is cool if you're moving for beaches, perhaps Nayarit?
Generally when it comes to Mexico the less dangerous ones are in the middle, the northern and southern states are both more dangerous, Chihuahua and Michoacan for example, stay away, and honestly I always figured Jalisco was pretty bad too but the actual Mexicans here would know more than I do and they seem to think it's pretty safe
But not all are as violent as these,
I'd also add Michoacan and maybe Oaxaca
most are pretty peaceful in the cities and it's in small towns and ranchs where you have to look out.
Look for the yucatan peninsula
You're not really gonna find any area completely free of the cartels, we even have them here in the states, what you're looking for is areas where they aren't as active/violent. Like I'm pretty sure Jalisco has a big cartel presence (Mexicans correct me if I'm wrong) but it's just not as violent as places like Chihuahua or Sinaloa, I think I remember reading that the cartels are actually somewhat liked there? Again correct me if I'm wrong, kinda curious about all this
Probably all of them have drug traffic activities in the but most of the Bajío area (central mexico) and the southeast are more or less safe. I couldn't tell you about others
I wish mexicans had the rights to guns already so they can clean house.
There are cartels on Yucatan peninsula, but they behave and play nice so tourists keep coming and buying drugs. It's, I think, the biggest drug market inside Mexico.
Jalisco has a new pretty big cartel, but Guadalajara is still pretty safe, as big cities go, the places that like the cartel are the towns where the druglords give money and stuff to people, most of those towns' government is controlled by the cartel.
youtube.com
video related, a leader of the Knights Templar cartel, now captured, giving out money to people.
I wish drugs were legalized in both of our countries to curb this problem. The war against drugs is a total failure, I don't see why they keep on doing it instead of using a different method, kind of like Switzerland did in the 80s with their heroin addiction problems. Isn't almost every Swiss citizen armed as well?
How's Sonora?
So is Mexico fucked? Isn't there a place that the government has significant control over the cartels? Or are they corrupt aswell?
>Isn't there a place that the government has significant control over the cartels?
Who knows
>Jalisco has a new pretty big cartel, but Guadalajara is still pretty safe, as big cities go, the places that like the cartel are the towns where the druglords give money and stuff to people, most of those towns' government is controlled by the cartel.
Yeah, I was gonna say this, that they're almost like a local government with how much power they hold/how corrupt the actual government is with what they do for the locals. Comparable to what scarface did here, to make the public like him and less likely to get police involved in his business. Just didn't wanna say it and be wrong because I wasn't entirely sure
Sweet baby Jesus, why?
Why would you want to leave a civilized nation for a place like Mexico? Seriously, that place is a shithole filled with shitty people and shitty culture.
I hope you like fat, squat, uneducated and ignorant women. I thought we here in the US could be bad, but your average Mexican makes us look fucking brilliant.
Seriously, research first. I'd rather live in gasp...Mississippi than in Mexico.
Mexico is currently pretty fucked but it could also be way worse
The solution is an easy one, if all drugs were legalized the cartels wouldn't really have much of a business anymore. It's just we don't really know what the ramifications of legalizing everything would be. So yeah, Mexico's pretty fucked, but it's not beyond repair yet
Thanks for the answer. Is it more fucked than Central America/Colombia? I heard that El Salvador or whatever make Mexico look like a baby in terms of homicide
what state is it?
Central America is pretty bad except for maybe Costa Rica and Panama.
Yes, they all have guns from service, and to the first part, both of our leaders make money off the war from shipping and from giving arms to the baddies. El chapo and such are just puppets that will get aminities and anything they want like a tv in jail.
>convince her
who is her?
>Mexico is currently pretty fucked but it could also be way worse
so mexico is a failed country...we created them :(
DEFINITELY not the worst central american state, el salvador, honduras and nicaragua are 110% dangerous as fuck no matter where you are, afaik el salvador has the highest murder rate in the world, they don't fuck around
Mexico is kind of a middle ground and it really varies from place to place, on average I'd say panama is probably the nicest/safest in central america, it's where I'd go if I had to pick
So anyway, if you actually have plans to move here and have the money there's little to worry about if you are smart and know the right people.
>So anyway, if you actually have plans to move here and have the money there's little to worry about if you are smart and know the right people.
what do you think about spaniards? mexicans hate us for some reason

This movie is the beginner's guide to the way Cartel's move, it's on our Netflix, not sure if yours.
Spain seriously fucked up in not creating a commonwealth. Spanish would be the most spoken language in the world instead of english right now.
Los españoles son mis europeos preferidos.
No creas todo lo que ves en internet.
Don't listen to any of these people.
Tamaulipas is fine.
Let me know if you're going to be around Reynosa, I can ask my cousins to show you around all the best places.
Still is (In Native Speakers, that is)
We failed, Thanks ferdinand VII
I would say that the best states to live in Mexico are Aguascalientes, Queretaro, Yucatan and/or Hidalgo.
