The reason that the continents are called North and South America is because USA made the name 'America' sound trendy and cool. Soon everyone wanted to be American, but we couldn't dilute our greatness so we just named the continents this way.

I really love how much the "America" thing triggers hues and beaners lol

America is not a continent. The Americas is a landmass, composed of two sepearate continents (North America, South America). Fuck off with this bolivarian spic roach geography
