UK can't do a shit now. EU (and Germany) will continue to prosper and UK (or just England & Wales in a few years) will become irrelevant. But at least they are "independent" now and don't have to deal with Poles taking the jobs that no one else wanted to do, right?

How do? Brexit definitely hurts the EU but it hurts UK much more.
The UK doesn't matter at all. Sure, there'll be this finantial storm but it will settle down eventually we'll still be a highly developed community of countries with a market of 500M people and they'll be a little insignificant country locked out from Europe. Minus Scotland and N.Ireland.
You figure out how that'll translate to economy and international relationships.
