Navy. And it fucking sucks my friend. I've just made it a lot better by buying my own desk and chair and literally everything else. Here's how my shit looked when I got in.

The common area was a fucking mess in everything. After buying my own shit and getting rid of certain things it looks much better now.

Yea it gets difficult. My job is easy but the people make it an absolute fucking nightmare not to mention I work over 13 hour days.

My roommate is a good guy though, he keeps clean and that's a good thing because my first temporary housing was a disgusting pigsty that hadn't been cleaned in ages. I'm just happy to be in Japan, it's truly a wonderful place.

I can't get windows boxes to g over 1600p
I got higher resolutions by using xrandr on linux boxes.
If you have an ATI card and CCC installed there is a "2D driver" path in regedit where you can set custom resolutions.

You can also use CRU but it knackers my oculus if I do that so I don't.

Refresh rate was around 53Hz
Always looked great with the degauss with the 3Hz mains offset.

Yeah, better that way, the picture tubes have a fixed resolution because of the phospher dot pitch so I doubt the picture would look good anyway.

The trini/diamondtron tubes were both fantastic.
I've also noticed a lot of late 90's/early 2000's philips picture tubes have cracking picture!
