Why aren't you using a Javascript blocker user?

>streaming anime
Fuck off and die, you're just as bad as the guy you're making fun of.

>streaming
eww gross

>watching anime
kek

>streaming

Kill yourself, please.

Hey guys, it's not 2004 any more.
Did you know Youtube has 4k now? Shocking, right?

Use torrents and Sonarr like a person with an undamaged brain

When will bitratelets learn?

OP here, why the fuck would I torrent something I watch one time and never again?

>what is video quality

b-b-but user, the bitrate!
The quality! Don't you like quality?

This is literally these people.
They despise the fact that some people literally only give a shit about the content and only the content.

>shitty, shady websites
>low quality video, usually bitrate starved because lol connection speeds
>you can stream while you torrent, so "I don't want to wait" isn't a excuse
>can't use your own player (if you wanted)
streaming isn't a terrible idea per se, but it has a terrible execution

give me 1 (one) reason to not torrent.

tfw I stream in HQ
I get the point tho, torrenting might be just easier if you know where to get them

Not disabling js isn't enough to give you 7 trojans, the fuck

You're literally downloading the video either way

also, sage

>streaming and downloading the same
Both the words definitions and THE LAW disagree, which is why the laws had to be amended to deal with streaming and copyright.

And it still looks bad.

What are you talking about? Streaming copyrighted material from an unauthorized source is illegal too.

Often worse quality than even shit like crunchy (unless you are stupid enough to pay crunchy)
With your wn player you can also set up debanding and the like
Mostly just because one ep gets downloaded in 30 seconds and it gets handled automatically and informs me after download (so I don't have to check if the ep is out).

>streaming

>tfw it's legal here
>even Dling is legal (torrents are illegal tho)

lmao @ noadblock.net

>Some ones and zeros are better than other ones and zeros

???

>streaming

Please leave

Yes, is it that hard to understand?

>ep
Music is an other cup of tea tho, I dont stream that either because not the best quality music just sucks

>some combinations of atoms are better than other combinations of atoms

he saged
what a badass

>streaming anime
Holy shit, kys my dude.

>hehe.jpg
You are not using 4chanx either I see. kys again please

I bet you also use windows 10

Quality, wanting to be free from non-free javashit, wanting to run quality software, wanting to use quality players, wanting to not be a normie.

>Both the words definitions
By definition streaming is downloading.

>THE LAW
Making it uppercase does not make it correct.

>don't you like quality
after listening to super low bitrate .mp2 files on a machine that'd only decode them in real-time at 8bit 22kHz, I can safely say that I don't particularly care about quality

because in torrents you are also uploading duh
what the law and the word definitions say is irrelevant
you are in the most technical sense downloading the video
when streaming you are just temporarily storing it
but you still are downloading it
depending on the type of stream you can even go into the cache and grab the video file

I can't decide what's worse,
the fact that he's streaming anime
or that he is even watching anime in the first place
pick two

>because in torrents you are also uploading duh
not me

>because in torrents you are also uploading duh
Obviously.

Hmm, are you suggesting that there might be some link between anime fandom and crippling autism? Damn, I never thought about it before, but maybe...

>wanting to not be a normie
o- oh no! I don't want people to think I'm a n- normie! Installing gentoo right now!!!
Other points are kinda fair

>I bet you also use windows 10
Okay back down man, too soon. I'm using debian btw

>download 45GB lossless blu ray rips of my cartoons
>had to suck some moderator dick in IRC for hours to get private tracker account
>spend 3 months seeding to get enough ratio to download 45GB
>wait over a week for one season to download
>pay my ISP an extra $10/month for going over data cap
>have to buy HDDs to store this shit I won't want to watch again for a decade just so I can seed it
>it's exactly the same as the 400MB episodes I could've downloaded in 15 mins from a streaming site, just without the compression artifacts that never bothered me anyway

but at least I'm part of an elite warez club now and can brag on Sup Forums about how I'm watching cartoons at slightly higher quality than streamplebs! x-D

>watching anime

why don't you watch things in 144p then?

>having data cap
Fucking 3rd worlders.

The fuck you doing every animu tracker is insanely easy.
Also, for most shit public trackers work extremely well.

because I can easily stream everything in 720p which is more than high enough quality for anyone who doesn't have a fetish for counting the pores on an actor's face.

>720p @ 2k bitrate
sure, amazing quality right there. resolution isn't everything.

>>pay my ISP an extra $10/month for going over data cap
You live in a third world country and you watch animes? Help your local community instead of wasting dollah in inane bs

720p at 1.5k bitrate looks just fine on my 120" plasma screen, and I have 20/20 vision. it's noticeably lower quality than 1080p youtube videos but it looks fine. my normalfag friends that come over all the time to use my home theater sometimes bring DVDs and they can't see the difference between DVD quality and the ~750MB YIFY BRrips I scrape from streaming sites. maybe you should just get your autism checked.

Maybe because DVDs are below 720p.

>high resolution = high quality
