I grew up close to the Danish border so I learnt Danish in school asa third language. I also took some Swedish lessons in university since there was no Danish class. Sounds a lot different, even though the words a similar. This really fucked up my Danish, since they are too close to each other and I always confuse them now.
Danish is useful in Flensburg nightlife to pick up Danish girls, so no hate for learning it, please. Also, Danish companies pay better, so I might get a job in Denmark . clsoe to my hometown, instead of a job somewhere in Germany.
