I love Brexits
4th Reich? no thanks.
They are Terrible, the designs are horribly bland and the bridges/windows are not even real instances. I'd have preferred to see famous europeans and landmarks on them.
>No actual faces on bills
Who should they put?
they are literally the prime example of the EU being a german empire
I like that there is no faces, as it prevents some feminist nigger ending up in my money.
The EU is meant to be a european empire, for all your cunts effort to make it a purely economic endeavour.
Meme money
yet the way the euro works makes it extremely good for germany and extremely shitty for southern and eastern europe
I'll accept them
A bit bland. Meh.
Sure, they can be converted to shekels
I just realised Shekels are actually real
Yeah, just another piece of sovereignty European nations have surrendered to the Germans.
The notes suck, but the coins are pretty. In fact, I collect them.
>tfw new Dutch euros keep eluding me
wtf, they are real
How common is it to see foreign euros in circulation in your cunt?
It's the contrary that would be strange.
In France, I see a lot of spanish coins.
It has been a huge change, since our previous money looked like, pic related. It's abbreviation (fl) came from the town of Florence, so we may say that this coin is an European coin too.
In the Netherlands I see a lot of German, French, Italian and Spanish coins. Luxembourgish coins are quite rare here, but we find them regulary. I have a few Greek coins in my wallet right now either, so the distance doesn't really matter.
I see foreign coins just as much as I see ours. Finnish are the most common ones.
I see more German and French euros than Dutch ones. Apparently, we haven't a lot of them
Do you have special coins in your country which onky have a specific worth in your country? Here, we have the Koninklijke Nederlandsche Munt, which offers silver coins on special occasions
Did you just think it was some Yiddish nonsense?
>tfw never once even held a Euro
In Germany it's pretty much common, in my wallet right now i have, a Spanish one, three from Netherlands, one Lithuania and two from France. Every Time i get new Coins i always check there they came from.
Me too.
I find the Italian ones most beautiful.
>sovereignty European nations have surrendered to the Germans.
no sovereignty has actually been surrendered m8.
if sovereignty had been surrendered we'd be unable to lose you dolt
This.
Slovenian coins are rarer than German or Austrian ones here lel.
It has no soul. I want some 17th century asshole with a ruff and complex facial hair to look at me sternly while i contemplate if i really need to buy another round.
reminds me of them
No, they they have ruined my life and that of hundreds of millions of others
No.
I like how the coins have different reverse sides, makes them fun to collect. I tend to run into German and Italian coins the most regardless of where I go to.
gasp gasp gasp.. ohh my gosh she is having the heart attack! someone call the ambulance!
...
Tfw you have a 20 cent coin from Malta and two 50 cent coins from Slovenia and Vatican City
Coin thread. New pound soon.
cheap imitation of the Euro?
>making your coins into a puzzle
This is the kind of autism I would have expected from Finland.
Supposedly harder to counterfeit.
Daym nice coins. All we really have here are our state meme-quarters or the LIMITED EDITION BUY THIS $1 COIN FOR $20 bullshit that isn't and never will be worth shit.
> the LIMITED EDITION BUY THIS $1 COIN FOR $20 bullshit that isn't and never will be worth shit.
Especially because those are only legal tender in Liberia.
But yeah, buying the large denomination coins from the mint is just as bad because that is essentially placing a bet that the US dollar will cease to be a legally traded currency in your lifetime.
>puzzle 1 pound
Holy shit never seen one, gotta get it
These are awesome too, did they already roll out? I'm going to Britain next week and I want to collect them
>tfw I never owned a 200€ or 500€ note
...
They are beautifull.
>LIMITED EDITION BUY THIS $1 COIN FOR $20 bullshit that isn't and never will be worth shit.
We have those as well:
...
>this is £7,5000
hitler, the originator of the united european idea
They stole our coin design
and got away with it
who?
you can't own notes
No. They're poorly designed.
that was napoleon
like exodia
they can own italians tho
Terrible idea without a fiscal union.
>Do you like them?
No I don't like them and I'm happy we didn't change to the jewro.
They look like monopoly money.
Additionally, I really dislike that each euro is worth so much. Why the fuck do we need cents for if we're designing a currency from scratch?
Wouldn't it be better if the lowest amount was 1 euro?
It would be so much better if it was worth ~10 times less than it is today, so that 1 euro would be equal to what 10 cents are worth today and not have anything lower than that. Otherwise you get this ungodly amount of change. Even after a week abroad you've collected enough 1, 2 and 5 cents to completely fill your wallet.
Furthermore, having a common currency without a common fiscal policy is bound to fail unless the currency is backed by something tangible, like gold.
How do you know what country your euro money is from?
From the pattern?
The country name is usually on it and if it's not then you can usually guess.
when do these come out?
ive never seen them
Vatican has currency?
It's was the Vatican Lira before the euro.
But the rarest one is the Andorra euro
