We have made some changes to the ratio requirements for promotion and demotion within user classes.

The old requirements were as follows:
Member: Required ratio for promotion 0.7, drops back to User when ratio is equal to or below 0.65.
Power User and higher: Required ratio for promotion 1.05, drops back to member when ratio drops below 0.95.

The new requirements are as follows:
Any class above User: Required ratio of 0.65 for promotion, drops to User when ratio equal to or below 0.60.

Appeals aren't like warranties or some shit. Most trackers will enable any account that was disabled for inactivity right after you ask.
