Germans, Austrians, Nordics, Italians (when they show up) and Frenchmen have the highest average level.
Brits are in the middle because they're a mix of really knowledgeable people and thick plebs.
Americans are in the lower middle bracket. They have some top posters, but too many embarrassing dumb fucks.
Australia, NZ and Canada are the absolute bottom of mankind, with Canada being the most butthurt, but the least idiot of all three.
A lot of Germans and Italians have been straight-up assholes. Swedes are cancer. Austrians are mostly OK from what I've seen.

They can be assholes for sure (Frenchmen too tbqh), but it doesn't mean they're not knowledgeable on a wide variety of subjects.
Also I forgot the Dutch. Not too sure of their ranking, maybe in the upper middle bracket? They're better than the Belgians.
