>Napoli is now some island no bigger than Elba
>Roma nowhere to be found, the Pope drowned
>Venezia finally got back to the sea

I'd say it is nice map, makes me think too

rightful clay

careful with those edges, Caloggero

was in italy a few months ago
rome was ok
venice was ok
florence was the best. started off a bit weird, we got off at a train stop outside the center and it looked a little ghetto. pity about the sinkhole, has it been fixed?
didn't have time for milan or anything in the south
got addicted to pic related

>Italia senza la miglior regione di sempre
It makes me think just a bit

also bought a bunch of these
what do italians think of it?

spritz is pretty shit though

T. Gennarì

far off m8, terrone del nord.

>we got off at a train stop outside the center and it looked a little ghetto
Rifredi?
why tho? did you have accomodation near there?
you could've stayed on the the same train and get to central station in less than five minutes
same for Campo di Marte
>pity about the sinkhole, has it been fixed?
lel
a real shame, that's what you get when you give the administration of public goods (in this case the aqueduct) in the hands of some moron friend of a friend
>got addicted to pic related
and rightfully so! easy drink that you can get at home for cheap, in the summer it can keep you alive
never tried, but the mall near my home has it

glad you had a nice experience, in Italy we may have many shortcomings but hospitality isn't one of them
I would recommend to not visit big cities during summer because it's becoming unbearably hot

Te si un cancaro

>one shot at life
>country below italy

parla italiano scimia.

>Rifredi
yeah that was it, we eventually got on another train and went to central. either we bought the wrong ticket from Rome, or we just got off too early. when we got off in Rifredi we were a little confused, a local who told us we had to catch a bus, so we walked around for a bit, met another tourist who had been waiting 45 minutes for a taxi, then finally someone else told us we could just catch a train to central haha

are you from Florence? that was by far the best part of the trip. Rome seemed a bit too busy, and Venice too touristy. We were in Florence maybe a week before the sinkhole thing, loved the atmosphere and food.

I'd love to go back and visit Milan, Bologna, and the south.

I live in a town near Florence but I studied there and I know the city very well
funny thing, when I went to uni I had to catch the train every morning and Rifredi was the station where I get off, there are a lot of universities near there, at least six of the biggest departments
if you liked Florence I think you'll appreciate Bologna too, it's a very nice city
have you been to Pisa too?

I'm from Milan and honestly just come here for a day or two if you want, there's not much to see, Como lake, Bergamo or Mantova are all worth a visit if you're in the area though.

In the South I recommend Sicily, the southern tip of Puglia (Ionic coast is best) and the Amalfi coast.

>have you been to Pisa too?
nah, we only had time for Rome, Florence and Venice.

thanks

What are some patrician films? Ive been into fellini and pasolini lately. Very comfy. What are some good shit?

nefasto, er mostro de zona

WTF I LOVE ITALY NOW

this

if you tell me a genre, or someone you like, your broader tastes, I may be able to give you more specific recommendations

my nigger, my favorite ghibli movie.

this movie has in it the most patrician Italian actress of all time too, not the same stale meme milk-cows like Loren or Magnani that every pleb like to spew about

I'm learning Italian on duolingo lads

Terroni are gonna be really pissed about this

Are the differences in the regional dialects big?

kinda, yes, a Sicilian most likely won't fully understand a Venetian speaking in his dialect at a normal pace, and viceversa
but I'd say they are generally intelligible, at least in the peninsula
