Indian troops killed a rebel leader and protests erupted. There were to be protesta throughout but like usual they imposed curfew throughout. They also turned off all cellular internet just then and all but one mobile networks are down. Thousands of people have been injured due to firing and pellets shot by Indian army and the police. At least 40 people have died.
