as you may know, Chile is a 3rd world spic shithole where no matter where you go, north or south, people are:

>can't speak their own language
I want to move to a place where a decent and educated light-skinned person like me could fit properly. I want to live in a country where most people are; middle-class, white, clean, attractive, educated, respectful and smart.
What place can you recommend me?
I've heard wonderful things about St. Petersburg and its hipsters.
