Not even remotely funny. Pretty cringe, honestly
Not gonna lie, I laughed.

Schiphol (Amsterdam) in the near future
but how do you get to it
The joke is the Netherlands will get flooded from global warming
By boat, or train/metro. They can build perfect tunnels here.

Swim.
Hah, that's cute.
They need more dykes.

one of the oldest airports
this one is being built right now. its too small though ffs
Looks cozy but I don't know if I'd want to live there. Those houses are literally feet from the runway, it must get loud as fuck.

Fuck that top thing is cool
Tiny airport off downtown Toronto
Won't ever happen lad, unfortunately. All they have come up with is move certain flights to Lelystad.
But something needs to happen soon if Schiphol wants to maintain its position. It's growing fast as fuck now and in terms of aircraft movements it has become the busiest airport in Europe, but this growth will soon be halted due to government restrictions.
...
Get on my level son.
My local, Leeds/Bradford. The place is tiny and faces stiff competition from nearby Manchester which is huge in comparison, but you can fly to most places in Europe from there, so a decent enough range of destinations.
Lindbergh Field (known to people who don't live here as San Diego International Airport). IATA: SAN. ICAO: KSAN.
Very convenient because it's literally downtown. Busiest single runway airport in the world. Or number 2 after Gatwick, which has 2 runways but only 1 can be used at a time.
wtf I hate Japan now
I really, really need to just fucking visit IoM and get it out of the way
I could literally walk to Blackpool Airport and there's one flight a day to Ronaldsway and it only takes an hour
I work there.
Is that the airport/ strip in Nepal?
The hell are you waiting for, you blithering idiot?
It's Bhutan.
Silvio petirossi airport
hard mod coming through
There's a lot of Wellington outside of that picture. The only problems you would have to deal with are lefties and strong winds.
t. Wellington resident.

Is Brazil, dare I say, the most embarrassing country in the world?
Yes.

Oh man I love aviation in general
Wanted to be a commercial pilot at first, before realising that it was a richmans game of connections and money
Brisbane Airport, Australia
We have a commercial airport that is designed for vertical and horizontal aerospace vehicles.
It has a 3600+ meter runaway and spacesuit dressing rooms.
The runway by the way is made up of 24 inches of prepared subgrade with the top 6 nches being a soil-cement mix foundation, followed by 4 inches of asphalt, and finally a 14 inches finish layer of concrete.
It can handle any aircraft in the world.
These are all incredibly sad and depressing.
Here's a real airport.
The airport was still under construction in that pic
This is the finished product
Inside.

Ok, that's cool as fuck
is that a horizontal escalator
can it handle you're mom tho
OMG so huge, I didn't know humans could build such things. You could literally get born on one side of the airport and die of old age when you arrive at the other side :(
It's true, everything is bigger in America... except old history
Oslo Airport
1 new pier and 1 new terminal under construction
Logan Airport is very close to Boston.
The only other airport I've been to that's closer to the main urban area of the city is San Diego's.
Flying into either, it can feel like you're very close to the skyscrapers, like you could reach out and touch them, sort of like toys.
Beautiful place.
I work about a mile from the south gate of that place every day. I hate it. It's a bitch to travel out of. Love field all day every day.
Have some 50's retro future
Comfy
Almost all airports have moving sidewalks. Do you not travel often? This is from the old Dallas love field terminal. New love doesn't have one but you're basically strait to the terminal in the new one.
Just discussed it with the girlfriend and we might go just after New Year's Day
We're supposed to be opening one up too, but the furthest it's gotten is this fancy infographic
The UKs latitude is highly unfavorable to launch costs of typical payloads.
Chances are a country like Spain could put it out of business if they decided to build one
>when the plane hits that tower just right
...
I wish I could always go through Gatwick when I go to London, I hate Heathrow.
learn from the best
The landing pad was too small to land on like all things asians so we sent down a capsule pod.
>implying most """"""""Japanese"""""""" posters aren't proxies or military
Top wew.
>suburbs right next to the airport
Why do they do that to themselves?
...
Mossad Airlines
This is the airport that I live very close to. If you squint hard enough, you might be able to see me jerking off in my backyard.
It was pretty hard finding a decent aerial view of the place.
Aeroparque Jorge Newbery. It is located next to the Rio de la Plata and handles mostly regional flights. International flights are handled by the Ezeiza airport which is about 40 minutes off the city.
