It's not racist in turkish because there is not really a different word to call a black person in turkish. If you call them "siyah tenli" or "siyahi" that could sound racist, because everyone is used to say zenci. But I think the traduction of zenci is nigger.
Not a problem though, I call my black friends "négro" sometimes, everyone does it
