You are almost correct but you are probably unaware of the Canadian Maritimes. For example, New Brunswick is whiter (97%+ mostly British and French) and safer than Québec.
Like Québec, but unlike anything west of there, they have an actual unique culture. New Brunswick is also the only officially bilingual Province.
The entire region of the Maritimes, Newfoundland, and the nirtgwrn New England American states of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, are probably the last great white bastion. The region is larger than France, HDI similar to New Zealand, and a population close to Dwnmark (all at 95%+ non-hispanic white)
The weather is also slightly better in the Maritimes than in Québec and rhe French there are bro-tier Acadians (fathers if Cajuns) rather than occasionally bumhurt Québecois.
