I'm sure Japan actually has a process to weed out the shit. This is unlike Europe, which brings in large amounts of animals from the worst Muslim countries and doesn't bother to check them all.

Your muslim population is much smaller than ours (~10%), and Indonesians seem much more reserved about their religion when maghrebins and arabs are much more proselyte.
