I downloaded something from the Tor browser (not pornographic) and want to delete it from my computer. When I search for the file on my download computer, it doesn't show up. How do I delete, if its still actually on my computer?

you may have another download folder in your documents folder. check there.
anyway, it won't take that long to search your whole user folder for it.

It's inside the Downloads folder, which is inside the Tor Browser folder.

you can never be sure you've erased it by just removing the file itself. it's been copied to a whole bunch of caches and it will stay there for a very long time.
if it's something you want gone, you have to just use dban.
