where were you when firefox finally died, Sup Forums?
I cant remember because it was years ago
2009? i was in college i think
>you can disable or delete with 2 clicks
>only affects krauts
Literally nothing. Have you heard about the so called site phishing protection? That's the real botnet.
>my browser sells my data and ships with adware, but it's ok, because i can disable it
>allowing yourself to be in an abusive relationship
sad.
This happens when you don't want to pay for software and the development still cost a fuckton money.
Fake news.
>not using waterfox
Sad when they have to resort to fake news to sit on Firefox.
google sells your info everyday, and you cryin about some German law that doesn't even affect you.
>allowing the moral police to dictate what extensions you use
how long before the dev blocks your access to Sup Forums because we discuss things he disagrees with?
>law
way to not read the thread faglord
>not forking waterfox and editing it to your liking
come on, user.
Isn't that shit was about to release 64bit binaries for wangblows cucks? I see no point to use it.
live under a rock much? government says install spyware, you install the shit.
doesn't affect anyone outside Germany
Who the fuck cares? Only linuxcucks use this garbage to begin with, and those have nothing to hide.
I have 2TB loli porn. Good luck finding me.
I wonder if their targeting algorithm is actually going to serve up literally anything I have even the slightest interest in.
Mozilla just wasted 500k so they can't be having financial trouble
blog.mozilla.org
What extensions is Waterfox blocking?
>allowing yourself to be in an abusive relationship
hah, this.
>My gf beats me up every day but it's okay because I can just wear a helmet and cry the pain away.
Pale Moon, bitches.
It's big for you.
This explains why they're working on making Firefox better. More users=more people to datamine=more data to sell=more money
That's Furry Meme, not Waterfox.
I actually switched back to Firefox because of all that anti Firefox spam. Very pleased. It got much better.
>>my browser sells my data and ships with adware, but it's ok, because i can disable it
Literally every browser does this and some of them don't even let you disable it. What's your point again
No one cares about chinese cartoons
Real pedos use social media
I don't care my whole OS is already a giant botnet lol
Germany has extremely solid privacy laws. If that thing would actually be used to sell your data, Mozilla would get sued to hell and back.
Cliqz is from Burda.
Big German publishers get away with murder here.
>[citation needed]
>They are defending this
>Since May 2013, Cliqz GmbH has been majority-owned by Hubert Burda Media, one of Europe’s leading media corporations. In August 2016, Mozilla joined as a strategic minority investor. In February 2017, Cliqz acquired the world’s leading anti-tracking tool Ghostery.

Look at the shit show that is the Leistungsschutzrecht: en.wikipedia.org
Complete idiocy that our politicians pushed through even though no one but the publishers wanted it.
What the fuck do I do now?
I can't use Chrome because fonts are unreadable on it and because the retarded download bar gets in the way of my 2d hoarding sessions.
While this is shit it doesn't have anything to do with letting them violate privacy laws.
Few years ago, What you don't use Chromium? or Lynx?
check out gutjahr.biz
>2017
>using cancerfox
If you use gahnoo+linux, you can painlessly switch to GNU IceCat
You already have spyware on your OS, silly winfag.
> sit on Firefox
fucking furfags get out
>firefox loses market share
>devs sperg out
>decide issue is lack of user data for some reason
>start shitting over forefox's image in attempt get more user data
I hate these fucks.
It's pretty normal for companies to use less ethical ways of generating profits when profits from normal operations start to decline. it's a last effort to reel in as much money as possible before the product is completely dead.
Why not stick to philosophy and do a donation drive like wikipedia?
Por que no los dos?
Vivaldi has some nice customisations
The performance takes a hit though
That doesn't really matter to me.
Any browser that's chrome based has pretty unreadably thin fonts on Windows. Not in a bugged way like what you find when you search for the problem on Google, but just... much harder to read than Firefox's.
Yeah I know, Edge has the same problem too, I usually run at higher scaling though. Because most web sites are borderline unreadable by default.
