First of all, you have to consider that you have little capabilities to prove VPN-Provider's statements about their service.
You have to take that for granted.
Hidemyass for example is known to give police and such info, they cant be trusted.
Every VPN in X-Eyes (x for number, there are two) countries cannot be trusted. Ever. Especially not germany, USA, Canada, UK.

God perfect privacy is so good. but its really expensive. i used it for a couple of months and it was a genuinely nice experience. nowadays i use some shit outside of us. and its mainly for torrenting. its private enough for me atm. but if i'm ever going to need true privacy. then i will easily cop out the cash
