1. connects posts to IP address
2. tries to connect posts to the __cfuid cookie
3. tries to connect posts to the Sup Forums pass id

so if you use a different bitcoin wallet each time to buy a new Sup Forums pass id for every post, and delete cookies AND use a different IP / tor
then yes you can escape
but otherwise you have to deal with the above
