Phone History

When did you get your first cell phone, and which phones have you had?

I'm thinking my dad probably got me my first phone when I was 15 or 16, and I've owned a total of five phones since.

I was a smartphone holdout. Only recently bought one in 2015 because I got sick of companies nerfing feature phones to the point where they all have like 1.2 megapixel cameras. There used to be some pretty cool feature phones...

Some Ericsson model that looked like a retarded channel changer I got in 2001
2 LG flip phones in the early and mid-2000s
A Nokia 6205 (the blue one not the "Bat Phone" which was basically just a shitty standard Verizon flip phone with their shitty basic OS)
An HTC Imagio (crappy Windows Mobile 6.5 might as well have been a dumb phone, I only got because it was what Verizon offered that could switch to GSM when I traveled)
An HTC Droid 4
Kyocera Brigadier (toughest phone I've ever had, but shitty Android user experience)
OnePlus 3 (Smoothest Android, but the thing was too fragile, even iPhones are more rugged)
iPhone SE (Actually pretty good, but I can see why some people hate them since they get more hype than they are worth)

>iPhone SE

Did you just get tired of bigger phones?
