Try to find a Windows 95 ISO (along with Windows 95 Plus) if you can. Mount it your D drive and sift through some of the ico files that could potentially match with your current ones. If the resolution doesn't match up, then use photoshop to change up the aspect ratio a bit

I've never seen someone on here try to make a modern OS look like 9x/NT4 and actually come out with something that looks remotely good. It's always glaringly half-assed.
Just run classic themed XP in a VM and keep the past in the past, trying to re-create that shit with a modern interface just looks tasteless as hell and it never works, find something original or consistent.
