who is he? I love those socks and would love to suck that feminine penis.

He's turkish, so you'll be sucking roach cock.
GUI on Linux doesn't matter. You just install a new DE.

macOS

I prefer XFCE as my daily driver.

Ubuntu with Unity.

Anything with XFCE, MATE, Budgie, or sometimes KDE.

OS X is NOT A FUCKING LINUX DISTRIBUTION.

*macOS

Mint

Mint (Mate)

Mint (Femate)

Gnome 3 or Budgie are what non-autists use.

+1

Fuck off. You don't belong on Sup Forums.

no, you.

Solus Budgie

You're thinking of a Desktop Environment (DE), user. Not a distro.

I'm going to need some sauce on everything in this screenshot user.

This is for research purposes.

hi how are you kevin

Wallpaper is Kiss-Shot from the Monogatari Series. Afaik this comes from the Koyomimonogatari Calendar app as one of the bonus wallpapers you got when you openend the app on a specific day.

linux mint cinnamon

Solus

>Still believing in outdated articles

You can install different dekstop environments on any disto, have you even used linux before?

GNOME has some really great ideas. I love how fluid switching between programs and workspaces feel. But, itsv overall design philosophy borrows heavily from Apple and Mobile. It abandons far too many desktop conventions in favor of appealing to modern fads and new users to be seriously considered as a powerful de.

I think for someone who wants an abundance of features then kde is objectively better.

I personally prefer xfce with i3. Best of both worlds really. Kwin has some tiling scripts but they really are a poor substitute. I haven't tried any of the GNOME ones.

Would xfce with bspwm work?

Wow, actually usble flat design.

ubuntu mate

wow nice

Finally! A mass marketable libertarian message!

Not the guy, but from what I can tell:
* Bar is polybar
* Shell prompt is powerline

Dunno, worth checking out though.

wut

Definitely. If you've never tried bspwm, it may take some getting used to, but it's truly a god-tier tiling WM.

Thanks- I'll check it out, I've only ever used i3

Helpful tip: the default configs are in /usr/share/doc/bspwm/examples/

Tried to recreate the wallpaper of and while doing it also made it 5K and fixed some masking errors

You mean it's a female (male (female))?

wall.alphacoders.com/big.php?i=827076

And here is she without the background just in case someone wants it.
Thought if I already link the source image, why not make it useable

Had to fix a issue with a Vibrance layer that I forgot to clip

As I said, I fixed some masking errors the creator made, and my version is also a bit bigger than tiny 1080p

linux's guis are shit. just get windows

Kubuntu is pretty nice

ubuntu MATE
elementary OS is pretty nice too

They all have the exact same GUI if you configure them the same.

The only difference is the "standard" configuration and that is purely opinion.

There is nothing elegant about those clashing green tones.

much respect very good series.

kde plasma.

XFCE
Xtra Fucking Comfy Edition

You twat.

This whole thread is to share opinions on stock GUIs, so kinda pointless pointing it out.

you are fucking retarded and should feel ashamed for posting here

Sure, but I just thought that it was relevant to mention that stock GUIs do not matter and can be configured to look like anything else.

Ubuntu. Everything else looks like mess created by a highschooler.

Elementary
Solus
Antergos

I find stock GNOME to be nice looking, though.

But that one performs like a mess created by a highschooler.

Personally I think they just need to make a GNOME version for tablets. With a few tweaks it'd be a great tablet UI. Feels like most of the design is touch centric as it is.

I think user meant DE or at least default DE for whatever distribution. Also, the gimmick for most distros now is their unique DE, so I understand how someone could get confused. Give the lad a break. He's very obviously new, but everyone was at some point.

that would be gnome

Default KDE looks kinda awful in my opinion. I love KDE because it has strong customization tools, but it never looks good imo until I've actually gone in and customized it.

While that is true, I feel like you're missing the point of discussion. Defaults are more or less what we're talking about. Or at least I thought that's what we're talking about. Seeing how because of what you pointed out if we weren't talking stock then there'd be no conversation to have. Though maybe I am the one who misunderstood.

>GUI

what's the satanichia approved terminal applications. i got a barebones i3 arch linux and need anime girl approved programs

It really would be, which is unfortunately why it is not the greatest de right now.

>Personally I think they just need to make a GNOME version for tablets.
they did, it's called gnome 3. the desktop one is gnome 2
