As of now I'm unable to get onto any other torrent sites, regardless of what they are. When I attempt to go to any site it just gives me pic related. If I spam f5 a bunch of times it then inconsistently lets me through. I've verified with some of my other friends and they're experiencing the same problem.
Are any other Australians experiencing the same problem? Is there a workaround this problem?

It's not a DNS issue, this error says connection reset. This means the machine resolved the IP, then connected and had a upstream device drop the connection with a reset sent back. This means an upstream firewall or filtering device is resetting the connection. Talk to your ISP.
