No fucking idea, but I'd guess it's possibly since Cyrillic was designed by Greeks and I assume would be compatible with Greek

Kind of, yeah, but we don't have letters for "d","b","ch","ts",etc. So I don't think it fits well.

Also our modern cyrillic isn't the true old cyrillic.
But maybe our language should be reformed not in the alphabet.
I thinking about latin and did some projects, but it's a bit hard, and maybe greek alphabet would be the better
