Is this area neat the central harbor supposed to be expensive for a 30yr finnish senior level developer IT guy ? (like me but from Finland).
How many years you have to save money to buy a 70sqm flat here?

In StPetersburg living alone and renting flat in the center I can save up every month enough money to buy 0.7-0.8 sqm of properties like this. So 70sqm will take about 8years for me here (no travels, no macbooks etc).

Saattaa toimia jos olet huonolla itsetunnolla varusteltu supliikki ekstrovertti.

depends on your pay
depends heavily where it is
capital centre? pay out of your ass
some small-ish town in ostrobothnia? cheap

Yep, this is Helsinki center. I've been there few weeks ago, but dunno how prestige this area is.

And I dunno about finnish salaries there in IT.

Near the sea and center its about 6500-7000 €/m2

i don't understand people who have plans that presume they'll live for seven more years

That shit is expensive. Finland is ridiculously expensive place to live

Vittu oon palauttanut väärän osan kertauskäskystä ja huomasin virheen nyt ja pitäs viikon sisään olla siellä. Ymmärtääköhän ne jos soitan sinne?

>Helsinki center
