How can I start being productive?

Recently got kicked out from the university.

I blame this to my addiction to porn, games, reddit, Sup Forums, and more time-wasting websites.

How to stop?

Kill yourself, it's the only way out.

learn about GTD technique.
This shit made wonders to my productivity.
In your case, though, I would search for professional help. Pretty sure you have depression, lack of motivation, etc.

Discipline. Everyone talks about motivation, but that is fleeting. Just force yourself to work, no matter what. It helps to remember why you're doing it though, so writing down goals etc can be helpful. Seriously though kick yourself in the ass every morning.

This. Go to a professional

You're going to hell for that.

>lack of motivation
not a real problem

>hell
not a real place

Install/get a pomodoro timer, commit to 25 minutes of focused activity, build that up from 5mins if you're pathetic.

Get into /r/TheRedPill

waitbutwhy's procrastination guide

you do need a motivation to get into discipline, though.

Have all that addiction you mentioned and am a top student in my Faculty.

Never skip class, it helps.

What do you study?

start working out and stick to it, it will make you a better person all around.

Oh it's real, hell is AFAIK
Ayahuasca + ibogaine. Though ibogaine only if you have addictions, stemming from traumatic events. Addictions are the persons attempt to solve the problem by coping and not being with the pain, running away by x behavior. This is "the answer" with a non linear outcome, though you will need some dough. Otherwise, go to a cbt treatment they are the only effective treatment (pretty much for this) you develop a schedule of things you want to do, report to them, journal, grade yourself etc. Incremental improvements with no faceplants because you don't take the world on at the last minute. Which is that crappy thing most people tend to do. It doesn't. Mean you are crap user, you're not the results of your actions but the observer of guess you could say. It's just that habits are pretty much 70% of what people are and it takes 28-45 days to get over the initial resistance to any ditching or establishing of a habit.

Though I'm talking about hell in the sense of bad conscience essentially, regret, angst, depression, anger, vengeance, hatred, attachment in general.

Pretty much

It's too late. Hope you weren't planning on living a good life.

I'd love to get professional help but every psychologist I've seen only focused on my sleep schedule. HURR DURR YOU GO 2 BED TOO LATE, HURR DURR YOU SHOULD WAKE UP AT 6 AM LIKE MEEE

Fucking garbage """professionals"""

I know a lot of successful business people who swear by this book

Yeah. Anyone coming here is already so hooked he clearly has no answers or he is such a newfag that his answers aren't worth a dam. People who managed to cut themselves of are not here.

Some of my own thoughts. Maybe start thinking Sup Forums and all this other addicting online stuff like they are drugs. Not sure if it helps but I've never had a drug problem, and in general think drug users are subhumans.

Drug ab(users) are the ones most in pain in society, they are the most sensitive people you can imagine, their capacity and tendency for empathy is something you would be clueless of. The people most in need of help, and what does society do, they throw them in prison and often for profit, think about what you just said there. Unfortunately this kind of ignorance is rampant.

One day, if you're lucky, when you gain a little insight and empathy those kind thoughts inside your head turn on you and it hits you hard man.

What that should tell you is just how much people suck at prioritising what s important, not send you on an ego trip. They are right. Look up circadian rythm and ask yourself what if you did the opposite for 2 weeks and see how you feel. I understand it's hard with all these dopamine snacks enticing and dominating our lives. Sooner or later you'll be forced to change, nothing hits harder than life.

Talk to your parents not Sup Forums.

Those are just excuses. You got kicked out because you didn't have a clear reason to be there -- your only motivation was "I should *probably* be in a college because that will *probably* get me a job that I will *probably* like."
