>81xx
My condolences.

This.
63xx or bust.

Meh, it's served me well.

144hz gaymen screen

8350 is the last non botnet cpu. 0 hardware backdoors. 9590 too but its just an oc'd 8350. Its a shame that amd added the psp to everything after. id have loved it if even the apus were psp free, but no. now idk if i should upgrade or not.

You have to have real balls to use the 9590, props to anyone still rocking it.

same here user, even though I never intended to get one

>had rig with 955 + 5870
>got fucking burgled
>built rig with 8320 + 6850
>Upgraded to 1700X + RX480 early this year

It did serve me well for 4 years. But fuck me Ryzen was a hell of a jump

anyone who does has no choice, it physically solders itself to the cpu socket

>meme
it was bretty gud, box came with some surprises too

...

i was sad when i popped mine off to see bare metal.

>implying that's not the best price/performance ratio CPU on the market right fucking now
neck urself kid

+1 Shekel has been deposited to your nose

>Ryzen 5

good bait

Meme? As in good? Like SSDs and external soundcards?

Yes, the 1600 is the best value CPU on the market. 200$ or less, right now, for 6/12 cores is insane. Not only that, it forced Intel to do the most paper of paper launches in recent history, as well as lower prices in every line, AND STILL Ryzen is competitive and a better option in general. No one gives a shit if it does 10 FPS less in most games.
6/12 cores, unlocked CPU, that runs on 70$ motherboards. For sub 200$ right now. Never in a million years would Intel give you that if not for Ryzen coming out.

>For sub 200$ right now. Never in a million years would Intel give you that if not for Ryzen coming out.

Fucking this, before Ryzen dropped all Intel would offer for under $200 is a 2C/4T.

why do you fucking children keep calling shit memes?

Fifth word in your sentence answered your question user

is this an ok mobo ?

>GTX 950M 4GB GDDR3
Also the fans are absurdly loud and it has coil whine

Laptops with "gaymer" GPU's should be banned.

why?
and no,
>WAAAH I DON'T LIKE THING
is not a valid point

Yes, you shoul aldo get +10% performance in heros of the storm with thay board

I bought 3000mhz c15 ram and i should have bought 3200mhz c14 ram

>0 hardware backdoors
Might want to run sandsifter on it just to be sure. You know newer HDDs and SSDs have backdoors in their firmware as well?

I unironically fell for the Vega 64 meme.

Is it not worth upgrading from an RX 480?

I don't know, I upgraded from a 380, not sure what 480 performance is like.
Was worth it because I have a 144hz monitor and the 380 could only do 60hz gaming, but it's loud as fuck and hot as fuck, and draws power like an overpaid hooker sucks cock.

What is sandsifter?

Finds hidden instructions on CPUs.
github.com/xoreaxeaxeax/sandsifter
Googling the results sometimes brings up what the instructions are

>mfw bought a phenom ii 1090t for $40
>tfw it's around the same performance as fx6300
>undervolted for max efficiency

ssd is faster than hdd.
sound cards is ok if your onboard is shit.
my cheapo msi mobo sounds worse than my more expensive gigabutt eventhough both has a realtek chip.

>fx 8320
>switch to i7 8700k a month ago
>still can't get rid of that thing

I'm never falling for AMD pajeet shills again

...

I loved my OCd FX-8320, it was a decent chip. I paid the same as my friend with his i5 sandy bridge, except I could multitask better. I have a 60hz display OCd to 75, so 100+ fps means nothing to me. If I could go back, I would still buy AMD.

I fell for the Cyrix 6X86 meme back in the 90s. Regretted it.

Fuck you I still have an 8350. My R9 290 it originally was coupled with got fried and I didn't want to buy something that wouldn't be obsolete for awhile so I splurged on a 1080.

That's right. 8350 with a 1080 come at me.

this has always been the case if you bought amd stock cooler editions and not putting them on water

that's a bottleneck for sure m8

But user, that's not the i5-8400.
>god tier gaming performance
>same or better multithreaded performance then R5
>cheaper

Snapheiser supreme audio with plus menu!

>Meme
Man I still run my 6300 in my secondary computer, is outlasted 3 NVIDIA GPUs.

>the reactions to this post
Cry some more Raisin shills.

>cheaper
Yes and no.

I would say one of those perfect sensor gaming mice. It was a gift so it's not so bad but I honestly can't tell the difference from $5 Logitech optical ones.

Tell me about it, I came from fucking Athlon X2 6000 to Ryzen 1700. shiieet

>tfw 920MX only has 10-15% less performance than 940MX
fucking shit NVIDIA you can't fool me. 920MX is enough for a laptop

Funny you should use that pic. It's the last decent cpu without a hardware backdoor. If you have one you should hang on to it. If you don't have one, you should buy one to build your 'secure' machine with. And if you do video transcoding or anything else that uses all 8 cores, it's still a decent cpu, and an amazing value for the price.

I was in an sdr lab. We wanted something to run our heavy integer load sdr protocols.
Faggot supervisor bought 2 4790k machines. I told him to go for 2 8370s. He didn't listen. He spent the budget on i7 shiets.
Ff a few days, call him to my desk. Showed him a bench on gnu radio between 4790k and 8370. 8370 was ahead in every load except in the floating point. He said nothing.
He fucking spent almost 3times as much for the same built as the 8370.
From that time and up to the end of my contract we did what I said regarding the h/w.

I'm honestly pretty happy with the purchase.

hello

Why the tablet model?

100% guaruntee of IPS screen. Plus it's useful for notes or marking up PDF's

When building my workstation in 2012, we used this shitty Ayymd 3 core processor because we were fucking plebs on a budget

>8400
>2.8GHz
>$200
>same performance as ryzen 5
my ass

yuou did well buddy

It was fast. Unfortunately, it would crash faster.

pentium g3258 back in 2014

SSD

Have a (You) Matheus, and go back to the favela.

FX was pretty good multi-threaded performance for the money though

I STILL WANT ONE OF THE METAL BOXES THEY SHIPPED IN GOD DAMN IT

fugg now i want to buy used 8350s. sucks for the motherboard though.

what? wasn't it for reviewers' exclusive?

RX 480 8 GB Reference Model.

But you already know you're never supposed to buy a reference card

Did you put a aftermarket cooler on it?\

No?

Why do people buy blower cards?

Vega AIB cards were taking too long and I got 56 at MSRP...

Arctic Accelero Mono Plus is $35 on amzon

It was my first time buying a reference model after my other gpu got fried. so i did not know that.

Nope. Should I?

That thing is a waste of material, you'd want the much larger heatsinks if you were going to buy anything

Didn't you look up reviews? they all should have said do not buy reference

The 4GB first run reference models were worth it though because you could flash them to 8GBs

youtube.com/watch?v=FgLbDLvsmiA

maybe if it would suit your needs. i'll proably buy one for my r7 260x

Rx 480 sapphire +
Should of just bought a 1060 kms

Never felt for any meme hardware . Always had good luck . Bought 2600k instead of 2500k and still running it fine . Meanwhile 2500k users are on suicide watch

My FX-8320 is still serving me well in my home server.

>implying that's not the best price/performance ratio CPU on the market right fucking now
Wew lad

You can always slap Morpheus on it.
Morpheus tames anything.

Jesus we all told you not to buy that turd

>8350 is the last non botnet cpu.
You're very misinformed kid.

test

ran hot, shits itself when playing a game+chrome open.

>delid dis

Switched to ryzen sure i lost some fps, but ill take fps loss to get 50c on load temps as opposed to 80c.

Ayeeeeee

I got a FX-6300 back in '13 or '14 for 90€ with a 970 motherboard, HD 6970 and a shitty gayming case.
AFAIK the parents sold it because the kid didn't like it, failed birthday present.

Still use the CPU, it's been running at 5GHz with an AIO cooler since I got it. No CnQ or other shit.

So hard

I need some help: MSI Mortar or ASRock Pro4, and why? (both B350 / ATX)

Depends on the game

>((3D acceleration))

You guys did the best you could with the options available.
Specially because the "just replace everything with a rogue supercomputer" option was not available.

I owned 4 AMD products.

1st was hd 4850 - it died within a year

2nd was 7970 - it kept getting grey screens of death until I flashed the bios with something else

3rd was fx 8320 - a fucking disappointment, I fell for pajeet shilling it

4th is RX 480 - disappointing and I had to undervolt it to stop it from crashing randomly in games

I don't think I'm ever buying anything from AMD again.

Stop buying used shit.

It was all new you faggot

Then why didn't you RMA it?

Time to re-watch the coverage. What a fucking night.

Someone agrees!
