Oreo 8.0

>oreo 8.0
>any app that is minimized gets a notification that the app is running in the background and you CANNOT GET FUCKING RID OF IT WITHOUT SOME PAJEET APP

THE ABSOLUTE STATE OF FUCKING (((ANDROID)))

Did you finally get the 8.0 update?

Download hide running in background notification app from the Play Store and forget the notification existed.

I dont want an app from Gurjeet to fix another app

Then change the notification priority to minimal so it's less intrusive.

hmmmmm huh im fine with waiting for oreo

its shit, dont bother.

>apps
>permisions
>notifications
>disable
if you cant handle basic tasks fuck off

>not understanding what this does

gas yourself kike

You're fucking retarded. It's a system-level notification not an app-based.

Wow that's idiotic, I guess I'll stick with nougat.
>defending the fact that you have to disable notifications from all apps that run in the background just to stop your OS from acting retarded
$0.05 have been deposited into your account

What? You can't swipe right slowly and tell it to block notifications in Oreo? Because I can do that in Nougat

The Apple iPhone X doesn't have this problem.

Neither does my Samsung™ Galaxy® S8

>PIA VPN is the only app you ahve running in the background
I find that hard to believe. VPN apps usually do keep a notification icon in the tray to let you know they are connected.

>every year google says they fixed shit
>didn't

boy can't wait for those apps that drain battery to get put to sleep now!

In the 8.1 beta you can disable the notification.

This

7.1.2

Brainlets should stick to ios

Disgusting skin

cant see the notification cause the notch covers it

Ladies and gentlemen, the common Android-user.

this hasnt fixed the problem dip shit, you still have that stupid fucking thing in your task bar in the top left

and the point is, THEY made this fucking OS without a option to toggle it on or off, THEY just said fuck you

>touchwizz

I have a 5x running Oreo and I don't have this problem at all.

the stuff of nightmares

>He doesn't know how to use Tasker

Because Apple is better? When you want to do something similar the only thing you can do is shut the fuck up and get fucked

>install Oreo beta

I now have this problem on my s8 but the process is called "mobile installer".

nobody uses oreo, though. everyone is on 5/6 right now because a good chunk of current android phones don't get the update. luckily, google released all the code for the updated launcher, though, so it's pretty easy to get the actual visual experience.

>any iOS
>user has no idea which apps are running in the background and can't find out without jailbreaking
The absolute state of iToddlers
