While I personally hate the KDE UI, it uses only like 300-400 MB. Shouldn't be a problem even for a RAMlet, as I run Cinnameme on 4gb which goes mostly well, and it gobbles up 1GB on idle.

Alt-p (program launcher, just like the windows taskbar) Alt-(number) (change homescreen, like android) Alt-shift-(number) (move to homescreen) Alt-w (changes to "like the windows taskbar!" mode) maybe alt-e to undo alt-w but everybody likes alt-w because that's how they use computers anyways
And selection/resizing is done with the mouse
