This happens every time I click a magnet link. It does add the torrent, but the error window shows anyway. Needless to say the previous version of Qbittorrent worked fine.

Go into options, remove qBittorrent as the default magnet link destination then open the magnet link and re-add qBittorrent as your target.

Probably some linking broke with the update.

It's good. It's closed source, but I don't have any reason to believe it's for any nefarious reasons.

It's retro and functional... and dare I say fun.

That being said I use qbittorrent because Tixati is on the banned clients list, or not on the whitelist, for nearly every torrent site. qbittorrent or anything libtorrent based is usually allowed.
