why you so mad thou
you a plumber, not a butcher

but im still a working class innit

Would anybody miss poland if it was disappeared from thin air one day? Or better question; What is contribution has poles done to the world? besides cleaning toilets and being waste of space of course.
i hate poland so much. they are irrelevant toilet cleaners and they treated way more low than NIGGERS AND ARABS İN UK. they are worthless piece of shit monkeys, why are they EXIST?

To post CP on Sup Forums.

tldr

>yfw these are the kinds of jobs Trump wants to bring back from China and Mexico
Imagine being stuck in the 90's and still thinking that his kind of shit is still done by hand.

that's a bit freaky tpqh

>Lower production costs for the firm
>Greater turnover
>Can afford to cut prices vs competition more
>Former workers get lower prices which they can afford with their new jobs even if they got a wage cut

Maybe in bizarro world where robots dont need any maintenance. And a qualifed robotics maintenance guy costs a whole lot more than few guys swinging cleavers.

What the fuck did I just watch

The birth of burgers. Gob bless ameriga :DDDD

what if roobot maintenance was done by robots? what do

>someone should do the work robots can do faster, cheaper and more efficently

who buys the meat? not enough rich people to keep several farms in business.

Yes, they should.

>costs a whole lot more than few guys swinging cleavers.
They wouldn't use robots if this were true.

recruiter.com/salaries/robotics-technicians-salary/

Here in the U.S.that kind of salary is going to be the equivalent of what you pay two or three workers a year. Considering this kind of job is done by more about the same amount of people, but way slower, the company is still taking in a large profit.

classic German

is that because he's a robot or because he's actually working ?

Automated factories can produce cheaper products than those with a large workforce. You don't need to be rich to afford the meat, that's the point.

>what you pay two or three workers a year
To clarify, by "those workers", I mean the people with meat cleavers making minimum wage.

Development is no cause in itself. Robots don't serve humanity if they put half of it out of work in a world where only work is paid.

I want to keep cheap prices at McDonald's desu

Kek

you can't afford anything if you have zero money due to no job
what next, technosocialism?

You're a fucking moron. If everyone gets laid off there'll be no one left to buy things.

That's why you either go on welfare or get a memejob in the service sector in western countries.

Sucks to be you. Even Henry Ford already realized over a hundred years ago that people can't afford your products if you pay them badly or lay them off entirely.

computers diagnose better than doctors now. Even highly skilled jobs are better done by machines and its only going to get 'worse'

Face it, we are essentially post-labor. There is no reason for most people to even have a job. Time for socialist utopia

Improvements in technology leads to new careers too.

ITT: People that would have go out and destroyed tractors and combines a hundred years ago because they'd run out of jerbs

The economists have already worked out what to do with possible future overmechanization... like 40 years ago, my friends

You do realize that welfare is unsustainable when half the workforce is unemployed, right? And you do realize that selling each other Chinese made garbage in the "service sector" while the money for actually making the crap is flushed to China is the reason the US are getting poorer and poorer, right? Net import greater than net export means wealth loss.

But people aren't getting smarter. How will you make someone who's so dumb that they can barely pour concrete into a driveway correctly a computer technician?

>The economists have already worked out what to do with possible future overmechanization... like 40 years ago, my friends
What are they gonna do?

money is abstract. whether everyone is employed or noone is employed the resources that exist are exactly the same, and if machines are doing all the work, the labor is exactly the same.

how will they measure profit if they get no money, you commie pinko

Yeah but who will be willing redistribute the wealth independently from the labor? And what will you do about so many people suddenly having so much free time and no fucking purpose in life?

Negative income tax.
I think Canada recently decided to do a test pilot on one of their provinces

I worked as a software intern the past summer

the amount of business work I realized I could personally programmatically optimize right then and there kind of scared me, tons of jobs around white collar America could be cut immediately if they focused on dedicating software developers to culling out the menial work

I'm kind of happy we move at a slower pace than possible in that regard, same thing with truckers

>who will be willing redistribute the wealth independently from the labor?
Businessmen who understand that their products won't sale if no one has a job.
>what will you do about so many people suddenly having so much free time and no fucking purpose in life?
Are you kidding me nigger? People will be able to dedicate themselves to art and learning and what makes them happy. If the promise of a job at a meat-processing plant is what makes you happy, good for you, but not most people are like that.

>but people aren't getting smarter

Any sauce on that? Those machines still have to be maintained and looked after. The flow of jobs requiring skill will be higher yes, but that will just push people to seek more skills

what if robot maintenance was done by robots? wat do (2)

more automation videos plz

by how many intergalactic warships we build to subjugate the stars

>who
probably a computer
>free time

The first time this happened, when we invented agraculture and were able to cut our 'work day' from ~16 to ~8 hours, we got civilization and art and language. So who knows what will happen when we remove that other 8 hours. Something important though.

I remind you science only took off because people who were rich enough they didn't have to work could sit around all day thinking about stuff. Humans most valuable resource is their ability to make random and chaotic leaps in their mind and come up with entirely new things, machines cant do that. Everyone just sitting around doing whatever they feel like and waiting for that one guy every few generations that changes everything is basically what our purpose will become.

People already don't dedicate themselves to art and learning. It'll be just like contemporary unemployed people, except that everyone will do it. And by it mean sitting in front of the TV getting fat and depressed.

Our meat industry has such a high problem because there are not enough poles to it that we need this so bad.

Considerably less people needed for maintenance, and it still disenfranchises the less able

I'm right wing but I think we're headed for catastrophe if we don't reconcile technological progress with our consumer-driven economy

Im a NEET and im not depressed. Maybe all the ones who get depressed will off themselves and only people like me will be left :^)
Natural selection!

Robots can't do all fucking jobs. They are good at certain menial tasks that are usual underpaid anyway. All those butchers will do something else now, maybe something shitty like a job at walmart, maybe go to university and have a much better life.

>and it still disenfranchises the less able
This is something that people underastimate.

Now that we got 1 million less abled recently i can only see the catastroph.

Only thing is to devalue this labour so much that it's more profitable than using mashines.
This is also a catastroph.

What can we do right wing black dude, tell me?

I agree it is an issue desu

We should abolish electricity, jobs are at risk here

Would they have become butchers if they had been smart enough to go to university? Or are North American universities 'pay fee, receive degree' facilities?

computers are already better doctors than actual doctors.

If you think engineers and people who design stuff arent going to get replaced too you are delusional.

Even making music can be automated by computers who do a good job at it.

Humans did it, we got there. We successfully have invented the technology to live lives of permanent joy and ease as an entire race. The only problem is we are not socially mature enough yet, if we dont restructure the way we organize ourselves and think about things like wealth and authority we are fucked.

The future of manual labor is very dark. Not even white collar jobs are safe.

Lots of courses at public universities are pay fee-recieve degree, almost all online ones are, but that doesn't detract much from the earning power of that degree.
And yes, butchers can get degrees too. I mentioned walmart as a shitty underpaid job, I work in the deli and meat section of a superwalmart, a guy I worked with just left last week, he is finishing his master's degree in biology and education this year.

I think it was Australia and the project was canned.

though it will probably sort itself out. The way the romans kept the legionaries from rebelling was to keep them busy, building stuff. In many ways jobs are the way that the masses are controlled. When there are no jobs the masses will have time to sit around thinking and come to realize that they really deserve their one 7 billionth of the planets resources just inherently by virtue of being born, and take it by force if needed. May lead to a booming bodyguard business for a while

My province has had negative GST (tax) for years and now we are going to try negative HST (tax).

...

But who wants to pay people a lot when their degree is meaningless and doesn't attest any knowledge or smarts?

Who will maintain the robots who maintain the other robots then???

sexy
is the drill hot or does it heat because of the friction?

Am I the only one who sees this in a sexual way?

replacement maintenance robots

It's in my german porn folder.

Friction.

>tfw watching this kind of robots running properly is exactly what I do for a living

You must be constantly erect then.

Computer music is fucking awful though and so is computer art.

If I can do this with a non automatized mashine, will it bring me pussy?

this is the fate of mankind once machines take over

That's fucking retarded breh.
If we can get robots to do literally all labor, than there's no reason not to just go full socialist.

But how do people show that they are better than others?

Through fitness, or advanced science.

some people own the machines
other peoples are useless and die

keep posting pics of clara please but also post some of qt amy

The owner of the machine needs to sell his stuff to somebody, and if that somebody is not willing to buy his stuff, he'll go bankrupt.
You're looking at this from an employer/employee point of view, when economc choices are far more complex than that.

I only have pics of my waifu, sorry

he sells this stuff to whoever builds and maintains the machines.
And to the guys who provide elictricity and other infrastructure.
Why would he need anybody else?

Until the Socialist state rises, takes over the machines, and makes it so resources are dispensed automatically and we all can focus on self-improvement or hedonism.

There's no point in automating stuff if you're planning to sell them to a handful of people

Social mobility will die

The proof that meat actually don't come from trees.

amy is superior to your waifu

It's never good to neglect a considerable part of a society.
They will cause trouble.

Better question, would anybody miss turkey?

This

if that part of society isnt't productive and has no access to military power, they dont matter

If that part of society is above 50% of the society you will have a very serious problem.

Because very often, almost always outside STEM and sometimes within, having a degee, any degree, is all that's required. I have a friend who got his degree in marine transportation from a maritime academy then went to work as a software developer for IBM.
Not everyone is as efficient as Germans

>If we can get robots to do literally all labor, than there's no reason not to just go full socialist.

If you have robots that can do certian sophisticated jobs, then you have robots that can ask for salary and free time.

If it didn't save on expenses, they wouldn't use robots.

No prob

It's why all of our stuff is so cheap

>computers diagnose better than doctors now

Computers can't and in their current form never will invent new diagnostic methods. World you propose is a world of eternal stagnation of everything.

>tfw no tall qt leggy gf

There are tax cuts on "productivity raising measures" in many countries.

My grandfather was a lumberjack, then they invented the chainsaw.

Ban chainsaws.

A machine will never spit in someone's burger.

Cool, I'm glad I'm the only one who claimed her

>implying some disgruntled engineer won't design it to do so
