it's mostly just the well known beaches like Seaside Heights/Park and Wildwood. Serves a dual purpose of keeping crowding down and niggers out. State Parks are cheaper or free if you're a senior or minor.

I live in Riverdale (West Bronx) and I pay $1900 for a 700 sqft apartment, that's as good as you can get in NJ. The commute to Manhattan is also better and I live next to jews/asians instead of blacks.
