I had tried in a laptop 3-4 months ago, through Fedora.
After getting through the laggiest graphical installer ever, after managing to make two fucking partitions I manage after a lot of time to boot normally. Login screen.

Not only could I not move the mouse/touchpad (maybe I could the mouse) I couldn't press anything on the keyboard. Like, the Caps Lock wouldn't turn on the LED indicator. I don't remember if I could probably just turn off the screen, through the dedicated button.
