The giatleap.jpg image sounds good too
post real images that make good music

>moon
let's get some moonbase shit in here.

wget w1r3.net/TsPXYN.jpg -qO - | convert jpg:- bmp:- | aplay

Can you do that in reverse ..? Play a music file into a converter and get a picture?

That's not possible, I'm afraid, you have to draw these pictures in mspaint.
retard
OP's gone, I'll be taking his place for now, but you should be able to actually hide files in audio using special stego.
There are several ways of doing it though, but it could technically be possible.
Give me a bit to look around, will you?

wget w1r3.net/oUUXPm.jpg -qO - | convert jpg:- bmp:- | aplay

I just remembered, look into Slow Scan TeleVision
SSTV for short, it's a way of sending images over radio for HAM.
I messed around with this before, give me a bit and I'll craft something that involves this.

Holy fuck how have I never seen this shit before lmao. This is phenomenal. How the fuck do they encode the messages to have this audio? Simple breakdown is all that's needed.

How does anime sound?

PCM audio dd'd to a bitmap does the job.

raw pcm audio dumped onto a simple bitmap and converted to a jpeg. since it's not compressed by an audio codec, you can hear the JPEG compression affecting the audio as you go back to bitmap and play it.

That's awesome. If you drop the compression to like 10% quality does it make it sound all screwed up?

make that three times. ugh.

I'm clearly brain dead.
wget w1r3.net/ZDYFFE.jpg -qO - | convert jpg:- bmp:- | aplay -r 12000
Check the example in this post, I just cranked up compression to 100%

Obfuscation of files in images is against the rules.

The mods shall hear about this.

hello, fellow redditors. run this ebin command

`curl i.imgur.com/8l96JUX.gif | convert - pgm:- | sed -n 4p`

kyss

If anyone is stupid enough to run this, you deserve it.

So, in dedication to this user here, here we go.
A SSTV transmission encoded into PCM 8u and then compressed into a JPEG.
>kek'd
what said.

Fuck off Randall

To give everybody some pleasure, I ran it. On my actual "work" machine.
Everything still works, I'm afraid of the future. I'll probably back up and restart, later on, to make sure I won't have to deal with any kind of shit tomorrow.

wont work unless you're running as root.

I ran it on my porn machine. I'm about to reboot to see if I'll be fucked for once

unless you ran it as super user i doubt it'll do anything because of the permissions on the folders.

but it only works on $HOME

Anybody else got some sick jams?

>using linux

Did you just assume Linux? It works on macOS too you stupid whore.

Pic related. It's you.

anyone ran it and rebooted their pc?

Just use windows 10 just like everyone

I did. The goods are still intact.

How about spacejams?

Yeah, I'm looking forward in booting in Windows 10 again. And having "idle" CPU usage at least 5%. And everything lagging.
Though, ok, they're usable, if you have a normal PC. They're usable after you turn off updates, so you don't have to worry if and when you'll manage to shut down your PC.
Meanwhile, in a mostly prebuilt distro, not Gentoo or anything that tryhard, I get ~1% with firefox, emacs and two terminals open. Hell, it's ~15% watching a Twitch stream (on low-ish quality, though).

Sorry for falling for the bait...

shut up nerd and give me your lunch money

>lunch money
lel, you should be sleeping right now. Don't want to wake up tired for school tomorrow. Your mama might be upset.

gotta go fast

Kids, this is about copy and pasting commands you don't understand half of into a terminal with root privilege, not nonsense.

I wonder if they're aware of the system32 viruses almost everyone has.

I also wonder it linux fag are aware of the / viruses and only way to cure it is to type 'sudo dd if=/dev/urandom of=/'.
