I noticed my Aukey, which typed all the letters, tends to print "asdf" in the same order, even if I make sure to hit "fdsa" in very rapid order.

The MS keyboard, which misses keystrokes on the shift test, will type "fsda" when I do the same test.

So, how is the Aukey superior to the MS?

It's most likely due to being connected over USB anyway. Considering it doesn't affect me, I've got to disagree. It may be shit for you but it's perfect for me. When I type fast enough for it to be an issue, I'll simply get a USB to PS/2 adapter.
