in firefox you can litterally change everything via css.
for example, if you type chrome://browser/content/browser.xul into firefox, you get a preview of the theme and can edit its css and save as a userstyle
if chrome/vivaldi had this, I would switch right now. Vivaldi may look somewhat good OOB, but I still want to change it
