Fuck Intel. If they wanted to do right by the consumer they would have released a 4c/8t Coffee Lake CPU.

I bought the 2500K back in the day, and it was a great CPU. Recently even the stock 2600K has been beating its ass fully overclocked because of mutlithreading though.
Fuck off if you think buying a CPU without SMT is a good deal in 2017. I paid less than what a 8600K costs (motherboard not even factored in) for a 1700X, and from my perspective AMD more than deserved my money.
