2018 will be the year of: >The return of mid 2000s era internet due to the fall of social media >The destruction of crypto due to a massive stock market crash >$200 8GB sticks of RAM >The ARM laptop >Mainstream VR and last but not least >The Linux desktop
Screencap this.
Lucas Moore
>fall of social media What makes you think that?
Carson Butler

VR is already dead though
Aiden Hughes
Facebook won't die over 40s will still use it forever..
Kayden Watson
>VR is already dead though
It has never been alive. Big companies looking for the next big thing just keep pumping money into it so the corpse keeps twitching.
Sebastian Turner
it better not die i have wanted this for so long. It needs more devs working on it and making good content. Hopefully valve will finally release something this year they have been puuting a lot of work into vr
Ian Kelly

>The fall of social media Lemme guess, you're mad that Twitter won't let you call people niggers? >The destructions of crypto due to massive stock market crash Lol >200$ 8 GB sticks of ram You're fucking retarded. >Arm Laptops I guess this is gonna happen, but it's really not gonna be nearly as impactful as you want to make it out ot be. >Mainstream VR ahahhaahahahahhahhahaahahahaha >The Linux Desktop
Tyler Perry
VR will sales crash in 2018, v2.0 of Oculus and Vive are rumored to be in the works for release in 2019.
Robert Ross
Deleted mine too.
Lincoln Bell
They are doing money only by ads and they have a lot money from the government. If Wall street crash, the silicon valley will crash too. But this will second rise of amazon.
Grayson Jones
This. It's always been a stupid gimmick investors throw money at in hopes of it being the next big thing, but it simply does not have any wide spread use beyond pornography, a small niche in an already dying video game industry, or random occurrences in the research of training methods.
The only thing it has going for it is the chance that given huge populations, there's still enough easily tricked fools with escapist tendencies to exploit.
Cooper Perry
Apparently this thread has a twin.
Sorry for false accusations, good boys.
Camden Miller
>VR >Dead
No. VR costs less now ($299-599 USD) and more quality games are being released for it. People want VR to die because they are stuck in a mindset where gaming should be only done in front of a computer screen or TV screen on a couch. Being inside the game is amazing.
Ryder Bennett
being a hero is suffering
Nolan Cooper
...
Aiden Carter
RAM prices will go down, Samsung is upping production and the Chinese Government is investigating price-fixing.
>RAM will fall back to 2015 prices in 6 months, in line with the jewtel Icelake launch and Ryzen refresh hitting full retail.
Screencap that.
Carson Ross
If the stock market crashes crypto will fucking explode
Landon Rodriguez
>2000s era internet I don't think so Tim. >destruction of crypto Not a lot of Bitcoin left to be mined, so odds are it will eventually crash, or it will level out and another crypto currency will be selected as it becomes inefficient to continue mining. It won't have anything to do with the stock market. >8BG RAM sticks Changes in price won't make it less of a meme. >ARM laptop Who cares? >Mainstream VR Isn't that already here? >Linux desktop That's what half of Sup Forums already has.
John Campbell
ok so: >no >crypto is too big to fail and supported by organised crime >probably. fuck building a pc at this time >not likely for software reasons >£350 for a rift with 2 controllers and track towers is already mainstream. stop being a poor nigger >normies like windows 10 so not happening
Lucas Gomez
>The return of mid 2000s era internet due to the fall of social media Please be true.
Jordan Stewart
2018 is gonna be the year of cryptocurrencies you dumb fuck Is Sup Forums as retarded as mainstream journalists?
