I set my computer sounds to 100% and adjust in the physical volume knob

me too

You will get the clearest sound from doing this. Until you turn the volume knob too high, then you will get too much distortion

I have an external sound card w/ multiple mic ports (XLR or 1/4"), headphone output (1/4"), and 1/4" monitor outputs. the headphone out and monitor out both have very weighty, smooth volume knobs. feelsgoodman

Unironically better, based hardware nipple beats any shit ui

Good blog post

w-what does this mean?

It means the wiring in your house is shit

It means CIA is reverse engineering your speakers to function as a microphone

Have the volume lowest you can in software, and highest you can in software and balance that for the optimal level. Ideally in this case a Windows 10 machine should be at like 10%, and your amp should be cranked. Software introduces distortion on volume increase, hardware doesn't or rarely should.

Setting it to 100% is better in software, then adjusting volume with hardware for best signal to noise ratio you absolute cretin.

Nice. Me too, that''s why I have an amp.

I've just been in this place before.

The fuck are you talking about, it's the other way around.

It means you're too late.
