Ryzen is only DDR4 compatible. And your ram is slow Af in today's standards. You'll see good perfomance gains from that alone.
And PLEASE get a better screen. What's with your rig? What do you use it for?
Ryzen needs DDR4. And it works best with good DDR4. If you're strapped for cash, go for 8GB of 2400, and then maybe one day DDR4 prices will start going down and you can get good ram instead.

Also, If I were AMD I would upgrade the price of Ryzen.
