I listen to mostly electronic stuff. I think electronic is kinda good for buffer because it isn't super saturated with seeders, but people do snatch it.

On large screens there is a difference even for native 720p anime. Also 1080p is freeleech and hard drives are not that expensive. There is absolutely NO reason to download anything below 1080p, other than mobile watching.

I don't know about anime, but, I've seen 1080 web rips that had similar bitrates to the 720, so the 720 actually did look better.
