The A73 is affected by Spectre but not Meltdown. AMD was also affected by Spectre, but it is proving to be very easy to patch. Ergo: Snapdragons in phones will be fine after a simple non performance degrading patch. The Snapdragons that are affected by Meltdown are A72, A15, and A57
